Terms Overview

Partnership Terms at a Glance

Partnership Duration: Initial term of 12 months, automatically renewed unless either party provides 30 days written notice.
Setup Fee: One-time, non-refundable payment that covers infrastructure provisioning, initial game provider deposits, and platform configuration.
Revenue Settlements: Calculated based on GGR for the settlement period. Processed according to the frequency of your tier. Detailed transaction reports provided with each settlement.
Platform Maintenance: We handle all server maintenance, security updates, and platform upgrades at no additional cost. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance.
Data Ownership: You retain full ownership of your brand assets, player data, and business information. Upon partnership termination, a data export is provided within 30 days.
Compliance: Partners are responsible for ensuring their operations comply with applicable laws and regulations in their operating jurisdictions. Ular28 provides the technology platform only.
